I booked for two days and for free breakfast included in stay I gonn and they say there was no breakfast supposedly it’s under construction I was not happy. Second no long mirror when I saw pictures in description . This is not what expected .

This place has ROACHES running around everywhere. I booked a short stay for one night for me and my husband due to it being his birthday, we were in Dallas for the night. When we got here “Dee” Is what the staff said his name was already rude and gave us our key. As soon as we got into our room not even 5 minutes in I look on the roof and there is a roach. We immediately went to the front desk to request a refund because we did not want to stay anymore. Roaches travel in bags and we did not want to bring them home to our children. The staff member “Dee” said he could not refund without the manager. He contacted the manager and said she did not answer so we would either have to stay for the night in a different room or HOPE the manager give us a refund. We decided it would be safer to stay in a different room because the refund was not guaranteed. Dee told us he would upgrade us from the king size room… he moved us to a room with two queen size beds… my husband is 6’4. Anyways we just took the room and hoped it was better. AGAIN not even 10 minutes later there was a ROACH on the TV stand. We immediately left. This upset me because now I know their must be an infestation and no way the staff doesn't know the place has roaches. Yet they are still accepting peoples hard working money in this economy. I still have not heard back from any manager. The staff member Dee said her the managers name was Swetha.
